Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each product is made to order, changes or cancellations can only be made withinone (1) hour of purchase, provided that production has not yet started.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery: 2–10 business days

Express delivery: within 3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and current production volume.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We work with PostNord and DHL for safe and reliable delivery.

What embroidery options are available?

You can personalize your item with:

  • Up to 4 characters (letters or punctuation)
  • 16 thread colors (not mixable in one embroidery)
  • 8 fonts
  • Fixed embroidery placement depending on the product
    Your customization will be made exactly as entered, so please check spelling carefully.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not possible for personalized products, as they are made specifically for you according to your chosen embroidery and details.

Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

What if I received a defective or damaged product?

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We deliver within the EU and to Norway.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Invoice payment for companies (10-day term)
Where are your products made?

All our textiles are made in Portugal from 100% natural materials, sourced from carefully selected mills within the EU.

Many of our partner factories are family-run, preserving a long tradition of quality craftsmanship.

How do you handle personal data?

We process personal information in accordance with GDPR.

Your data is only used for order handling, customer service, and marketing (if you’ve given consent).

We never share your data with third parties beyond essential service providers.

You can request access or deletion of your data at any time.
