You can personalize your item with:
- Up to 4 characters (letters or punctuation)
- 16 thread colors (not mixable in one embroidery)
- 8 fonts
- Fixed embroidery placement depending on the product
Your customization will be made exactly as entered, so please check spelling carefully.
Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not possible for personalized products, as they are made specifically for you according to your chosen embroidery and details.
