Products & Orders
Ruffle & Thread Atelier offers personalized home and apparel products with custom monogram embroidery.

Customers may personalize products according to the following guidelines:
Up to 5 characters (including punctuation if desired)
Embroidery placement is predetermined for each product
Up to 10 thread colors available (colors cannot be combined within a single embroidery)
6 font options available

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all order details and personalization choices are correct before completing the purchase.

As each product is made to order and personalized specifically for the customer, changes or cancellations can only be made within one (1) hour of purchase, provided that production has not yet started.

Due to the use of natural materials and small-scale production methods, minor variations in color, texture, shape, and finish may occur between products. Exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed, as many of our products are produced in limited batches and partly by hand. These variations are considered a natural part of the product’s character and uniqueness.

Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in SEK, EUR, and USD. VAT (25%) is included in all prices unless otherwise stated.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Klarna
  • Swish
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)
  • Invoice payment for companies (10-day payment term)

Returns & Complaints
As all products are custom-made and personalized according to the customer’s specifications, no right of withdrawal or return applies.

If a product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or if an embroidery error has occurred, a complaint must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the order.

Limitation of Liability & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.

Any disputes arising between the customer and Ruffle & Thread Atelier AB shall be resolved by Swedish courts. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) where applicable.

Privacy & GDPR
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is used solely for:

  • Order processing
  • Customer service
  • Marketing communications (where consent has been provided)

Personal data is never shared with third parties other than trusted service providers necessary to operate our business.
